From CT -Take CT - 262 and merge onto CT - 8 South toward Waterbury.  Take exit 33 to merge onto I - 84 West toward Danbury.  Follow exit 20 for I - 684 toward NY - 22 / White Plains / Pawling.  Keep left at the fork to continue toward I - 684 South and merge onto I - 684 South.  Merge onto Hutchinson River Pkwy South.  Take exit 1 to merge onto Bruckner Blvd toward I - 95 / Cross Bx Expry / I - 278 / Bruckner Expy.  Take the ramp to I - 278 West and continue to follow signs.  Take exit toward FDR Drive.  Merge onto Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.  Take the 125 Street / 2nd Avenue exit.  Turn right at E 125th Street / Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.  Take the first left onto 2nd Avenue.  Turn right at 89th Street. Turn right on Park Avenue.  New York Center for Plastic Surgery will be on your right.

From NJ - Merge onto I - 195 West via the ramp to Trenton.  Take exit 6 for New Jersey Turnpike.  Keep left at the fork and continue  toward I - 95 North / New Jersey Turnpike North.  Take exit 16 E toward Lincoln Tunnel / NJ - 3.  Keep left at the fork, follow signs for NJ 3 / Secaucus and merge onto NJ - 495 East.  Continue onto Lincoln Tunnel.  Take the exit toward West 40th Street.  Turn right at West 40th Street.  Turn left at Park Avenue.  Turn right to stay on Park Avenue.  New York Center for Plastic Surgery will be on your right.

From LI - Take I - 495 West / New York.  Take exit 42 for Northern Parkway West toward New York.  Merge onto Northern State Parkway and continue onto Grand Central Parkway West.  Exit onto Union Turnpike.  Turn right at Queens Blvd.  Continue onto Queensboro Bridge. Continue onto East 60th Street.  Turn right at Park Avenue.  New York Center for Plastic Surgery will be on your right.
